Project Description: Using traffic calming devices to lower operating speeds on Holly Avenue from Parker Street to Oakland Gravel Road. Holly Avenue is No. 7 on the 2018 Neighborhood Traffic Management Program Priority List.
Project Status: An interested parties meeting was held Oct. 10, 2019, and feedback was collected. Based upon the feedback, preliminary designs have been drafted.

Interested Parties Meetings: Due to the impact of the coronavirus outbreak, the second interested parties meeting is being held online between Oct. 5, 2020 and Oct. 16, 2020. During this time, citizens will have the ability to review design plans and contact Public Works staff with questions and comments and fill out the IP Comment Form. Detailed Project Information – The Holly Avenue Traffic Calming Project is currently planned to include a series of four speed humps along Holly Avenue. The tentative locations of these traffic control devices are being planned for 1904 Holly Avenue, 2102 Holly Avenue, 2114 Holly Avenue and 2208 Holly Avenue.
