- Informational meeting and first run: June 8, 6:30 pm, meet at Stadium trailhead of MKT Trail
- Location: Columbia Trails

This 20-week training group will take beginning runners from the “couch” to “creek” with twice weekly group sessions on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Experienced trainers will lead the group on training runs and provide cross training and nutritional information as you prepare to conquer 13.1 miles. In the past years this has been an incredibly inspiring group of individuals who started and finished the challenge together.
Here is what one of the participants had to say after the race was over, “Running in the Couch to Half-Marathon training group was one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve ever had. I never would have thought I was able to run, let along complete a half marathon! The coaching and group support were the piece I was always missing. This group changed the way I thought about myself and fitness and the lasting friendships I made have been amazing!”
