MKT Trail – Scott Blvd. Access History
(Formerly known as the Baurichter property)
The City of Columbia budgeted $46,750 in Fiscal Year 2000 in its Capital Improvement Program to provide access to the property from Scott Blvd., construct a 34-car parking lot, create an open area for athletic fields, and add some tree plantings. The parking lot was constructed in 2002. The development project was completed in 2003. Subsequent capital improvement projects are listed below.
