Annual Reports

The Parks and Recreation Department submits an Annual Report to summarize the activities of the Department for each Fiscal Year. Links to the Park Ranger section of the Parks and Recreation Annual Reports are to the right. The Park Ranger Program was initiated in Fiscal Year 2004. The first Park Ranger was hired in January 2004 and began patrolling in March 2004. Fiscal Year 2004 was the first Annual Report that included a Park Ranger section.

 

Monthly Reports

The Parks and Recreation Department submits a report each month to the Parks and Recreation Commission summarizing activities and work accomplished. The Park Ranger’s activities and statistics appear in the last section of the Department’s monthly report. Below is a link to the Parks and Recreation Commission’s web page. There is a link to the monthly report on each agenda. Follow these instructions after clicking on the link below:

  • Link to Parks and Recreation Commission web page
  • Choose “Agendas and Minutes” in the drop down box
    • For May 2016 to present
      • Choose “Meeting details” for the desired month. . (Note: Monthly reports are approved in the following month’s agenda. For example, Choose the October agenda to view the September Monthly Report.)
      • Choose the file link related to the “approval of monthly report” agenda item
    • Prior to May 2016
      • Click on the “Agenda” link for the desired month. (Note: Monthly reports are approved in the following month’s agenda. For example, Choose the October agenda to view the September Monthly Report.)
      • Click on “Monthly Report” link. (Note: the Park Rangers’ report appears in the last section.)
