Albert-Oakland Park
1900 Blue Ridge Rd.
Albert-Oakland Park is a 79-acre community park that features Columbia's largest municipal pool, two 18-hole disc golf courses, six dedicated pickleball courts, basketball and tennis courts, lighted baseball/softball fields, reservable picnic shelters, playgrounds, and much more! It is a trailhead for the 4.8 mile Bear Creek Trail.
Cosmo Park
1615 Business Loop 70 W.
Cosmo Park is Columbia's largest municipal park, one of two regional parks in the park system. It is host to the annual Show-Me State Games as well as many soccer, football, lacrosse, softball, baseball, golf, tennis, mountain bike, and skateboard tournaments and events. It has the largest playground in Columbia's park system - Steinberg Playground, is home to Columbia Skate Park and L. A. Nickell Golf Course, and is a trailhead for the Bear Creek Trail.
Cosmo-Bethel Park
4500 Bethel St.
This 40-acre community park is adjacent to Gentry Middle School. It shares a 12-court tennis complex with Columbia Public Schools, has a fishing lake with a lakeside trail, reservable shelters, playground, horseshoe pits, year-round restroom, and baseball/softball practice field. In the winter, the lake is stocked with trout for a winter trout fishing program. In the winter when the lake ice depth meets the criteria, the lake is opened for ice fishing.
Fairview Park – School
1001 Fairview Rd.
This community park is adjacent to Fairview Elementary School off of Fairview Road. It shares a parking lot with the school on the north side of the park. The park includes four tennis courts, a reservable shelter, restroom, garden plots (available for rent), playground, and soccer practice fields. The east side of the park is heavily wooded, with more open space on the west side. The park has a connection to the Scott's Branch Trail.
Hickman High School
1104 N. Providence Rd.
Columbia Parks and Recreation has co-operative use of Hickman High School tennis courts, children's playground, and Hickman Municipal Pool. The tennis courts and playground are open to the public after school hours and when they are not in school use. The indoor pool is open to the public only during Parks and Recreation scheduled programs.
Rock Quarry Park
2002 Grindstone Pkwy.
This community park has a reservable shelter, playground, tennis courts with pickleball lines, baseball and soccer practice fields, sand volleyball courts, and a 0.6 mile perimeter trail. There is parking and seasonal outdoor restrooms. Rock Quarry House can be rented for parties and events for up to 50 people.
Shepard Boulevard Park – School
2717 Shepard Blvd.
Shepard Boulevard Park-School is a neighborhood park adjacent to Shepard Boulevard Elementary School. Sitting on 5.3 acres, the park contains a playground, a sand volleyball court, a soccer practice field, and a 0.2 mile gravel walking trail. Facilities shared with the school are a full basketball court and 2 tennis/pickleball courts.
