Reservation options

- All reservations must be made a minimum of two weeks (14 days) prior to the reservation date and paid in full at the time of booking.
- Monday-Thursday reservations:
- Must be a minimum of 1.5 hours and 1 full court.
- Reservations have a choice within these two time blocks: 5-7 pm or 7-10 pm.
- May be made up to 18 months in advance.
- Friday-Sunday reservations must be for a minimum of 2 hours, rent 2 full courts, and can only be reserved up to 45 days in advance.
- Non-sporting event reservations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require a Park Special Use Permit.
Columbia Sports Fieldhouse cancellation policy
- Any cancellation made 60 or more days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Any cancellation made less than 60 days in advance will not receive a rental fee or deposit refund but may transfer to another day.
- Any cancellation initiated by Columbia Parks and Recreation will be given a full refund.
