The Columbia Parks and Recreation Department owns and operates a six-field softball center in the Columbia Cosmopolitan Recreation Center (Cosmo Park) 1615 Business Loop 70 W, Columbia, Missouri. Rainbow Softball Center offers players and spectators professional quality fields necessary to meet the demands of softball enthusiasts in and around Columbia. Extra measures were taken to design a facility that meets all Amateur Softball Association standards for play. Rainbow Softball Center was honored as the 2000 Facility of the Year by the Missouri Amateur Softball Association.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the complex, except for assistance dogs.
