This reservable facility can be found within the bounds of Waters-Moss Memorial Wildlife Area and is managed by Hillcrest Community Center (except for taking reservations). The premises is mainly used for private parties, events, weddings, and meetings, with a maximum of 50 people. The rental area includes two rooms, foyer, two restrooms, and an outdoor patio.

Located in Waters-Moss Memorial Wildlife Area, this shelter is available for reservation and can hold a group size of 80 and seat 72. There is a playground, restroom, and parking lot that serves the shelter. The park is home to the Hillcrest Cummunity Center, the Moss Building (reservable), and Waters House (reservable). The park is open for deer and turkey archery hunting under MDC hunting regulations. Grindstone Creek Trail travels through the south end of the park.

This shelter is located at Westwinds Park and is available on a first come, first served basis. There are 5 picnic tables and 1 BBQ grill within 3.5 acres of land.
Urban Wussler Park Shelter

Wussler Shelter and Concession Stand

This shelter with concession stand serves the football/lacrosse fields in Cosmo Park. The shelter and fields are on the east side of the park and can be accessed off Schwabe Lane. Restrooms are next to the shelter. The concessions are open for select games. Cosmo Park's sports fields are host to the Show Me State Games. The Cosmo Luncheon Club made a donation toward the construction of the shelter, which was named after Urban Wussler, a Cosmo Luncheon Club member and former club President, Chaplain, and Sergeant at Arms.
