ARC Youth Training Room
The ARC has a training room with state-of-the-art equipment just for youth. Jump into shape or stay fit with our top of the line cardio and strength (dumbbells, circuit) equipment. Staff will be available to assist with your health and fitness needs. If an individual is 11 or older, he/she may utilize the youth training room without adult supervision. Children 10 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a paying adult (16 or older). Teenagers 14 years and older may use the adult cardio/strength training equipment on the second floor.
