About Clinical Services

Community Health promotes the health of the community through assessment, prevention, surveillance, education, screening and treatment.

All clinical services are offered by appointment only. Monday through Friday.

The Columbia/ Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services provides many free services to the general public. We charge nominal fees for certain other services. All patients will be asked to pay according to the following schedule*:

Vaccines

Fees for vaccines are dependent upon insurance coverages and will be processed through a program called VaxCare.

Disease Immunity Testing (Titers)

There is a $15 blood draw fee per visit.
