You can now process your monthly hotel/motel tax payments online.
- To submit your monthly gross receipts information, please fill out this form. Complete the report and click > submit, which will forward your monthly hotel/motel tax report to the City of Columbia Business License Division.
- You will receive an auto-generated email that contains the data you provided in the report. The Business License Division will then process the invoice based upon the data provided.
- Upon processing the invoice, the Business License Division will send an email to you letting you know the invoice number. You can now pay your invoice via our Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal.
- On the home screen of the online portal, click > pay invoice. Enter the eight-digit number of your invoice and click > search. Your invoice total will appear on the next screen. Click > pay now at the bottom right.
