Court Ordered Programs

Approved community service list

The Community Service List is a list of agencies that have been approved to offer Community Service to defendants sentenced through Municipal Court. Listed with each agency is the individual who should be contacted to set up a schedule for completing your community service. Please have this individual sign your community service information sheet before returning it to the court office. If you are completing community service at more than one agency you may copy the community service confirmation. It is your responsibility to return the confirmation sheet to the court office.

Victim impact panel programs

Listed below are the Victim Impact Panels for the Columbia area. If the City of Columbia Municipal judge has ordered you to complete the program you may attend either panel. There is NO pre-registration for either of these programs. Do NOT try to call ahead to “pre-register.” You only need to attend one panel and you need to be able to provide a photo ID to attend either panel. It is YOUR responsibility to complete the program and provide the Court with proof of completion by the time and date indicated on your Court order. Do not expect the agency to provide proof of completion to the court. If you fail to provide proof prior to the date it is due, a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
