Per your contract agreement with the City: Section 3. Minor changes may be approved by City staff. Significant programming changes require the approval of the Commission on Cultural Affairs.
In order for us to assess any changes you’ve made to current programs, please complete the following online form as new changes occur.
Will OCA review upcoming FY21 funding applications on schedule? Yes, our current timeline for FY21 funding will proceed as planned with current deadlines. We will provide updates should anything change regarding the review process.
What if I need to make a change to our FY20 funded project as a result of COVID-19? Please submit changes using this online form. OCA will review and work with the organization on next steps as to how the changes may affect your FY20 funding award.
Will canceling or postponing events affect our relationship with the Office of Cultural Affairs? Absolutely not. We understand you need to make these decisions for the well-being of your organization and constituents.
What happens if we cancel or postpone all or part of our project? OCA will evaluate the information you provide. In some cases, some or all of the funding may need to be reimbursed to the City. Funding for FY20 projects may occur through December 31, 2020.
