Case # 107-2019 A request by Crockett Engineering (agent) on behalf of Miller Leasing Company, LLC (owners) seeking a replat of their 7.54-acre property located at 2710 Bluff Creek Boulevard, and an associated design adjustment to Section 29-5.1(c) to waive construction of Bluff Creek Boulevard within existing right of way that is unbuilt. The replat would divide the existing parcel into two lots; one containing the existing office building (201A) and the other (201B) containing the existing home.
