- --Due to the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency, there are special rules in effect for receipt of public comment on city council agenda items. The receipt of verbal public comments has been temporarily suspended for any agenda item which is not a public hearing required by state or federal law. In lieu of verbal public comments, written public comments are being accepted. Written comments should be submitted to [email protected] by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20. Every written comment should contain the following information from the individual submitting the public comment: the agenda item to which the public comment applies together with the name and address of the person submitting the public comment.
