  3. Case # 222-2019 A request by Crockett Engineering (agent) on behalf of Kay and Jack Wax (owners) for a final plat of their 1.6-acre property, located at 906 Ash Street. The plat would create a legal lot to prepare the site for construction of the proposed "Ash Street Community." (Ward 1) Project Manager - Rusty Palmer (874-7394)

  4. Case # 223-2019 A request by Crockett Engineering (agent), on behalf of GDP Development, LLC (owner), for approval of a replat of Lots 17 & 18 of Northwest Highlands, Second Addition. The proposed replat will reconfigure the existing lots such that they are oriented north-south, accessing Mikel Street, instead of their current east-west orientation and access to Hardin Street. The lots combined contain 0.55 acres and are located at the at the southwest corner of Mikel and Hardin Streets.
