  4. Case # 153-2019 A request by Crockett Engineering (agent) on behalf of Boone Development, INC (owner) for a Planned Development (PD) Plan Major Amendment for property located at 411 N. College Avenue. The Schapira Clinic Final O-P Development plan for 411 N. College Avenue was approved in 1987 with dental office as the approved use. The applicant proposes to include "Medical Marijuana Dispensary" as a permitted use in an updated statement of intent (SOI).   5. Case # 154-2019 A request by Crockett Engineering (agent) on behalf of Kay & Jack Wax (contract purchasers) for a rezoning their 1.6-acre property, located 906 West Ash Street. The applicant is requesting to rezone from R-2 (Residential Two-Family) to PD (Planned District) to facilitate the construction of a mix of 11 single-family attached (4) and detached (7) units, a community garden, and to repurpose the existing home on the property for use as a community center to serve residents on the property.
