  4. Case # 36-2019 A request by the Columbia Public Schools (owner) seeking permanent R-1 (One-family Dwelling) zoning upon approximately 16.95 acres subject to annexation into the City of Columbia. The subject property consists of 2 separate tracts which are located southeast of the intersection of Route K & S. Providence Road and S. Highway 163. The subject property is addressed as 5151 S.
