Case # 18-76 A request by McClure Engineering Company (agent) on behalf of P1316, LLC (owner) for approval to revise an existing Statement of Intent on property zoned PD (Planned Development), approval of a PD Plan to be known as Discovery Park South, and approval of associated street and utility easements. Case # 18-191 A request by Simon & Struemph Engineering (agent) on behalf of Patrick Enterprises, LLC, owner of 404 McBaine Avenue and contract purchaser of 402 McBaine Avenue, for a replat a portion of Lot 26 and Lot 27 of Garth's Subdivision of Lots 49 through 72 of Garth's Addition to the City of Columbia. The .49-acre property is zoned R-MF (Multiple-Family Dwelling). The intent of the final plat is to combine the two lots into a single lot to allow for the expansion of the existing Neighborhood Nanny daycare use for a building addition and additional parking.   5. Case # 19-1 A request by Lueck Surveying (agent) on behalf of Christman Properties, LLC and H. Fred Christman (owner) to discuss a replat of Lots 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55 of the Alamo Place Subdivision to create seven lots on Hunt Avenue. The 2.18 acre property is zoned R-1(one family dwelling district), and the purpose of the replat, to be known as Alamo Place Plat 2, is to allow for the redevelopment of new single-family homes. Case # 18-76 is tentatively scheduled to be heard before the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 8, 2018.
