Case # 18-14 A request by A Civil Group (agent) on behalf of Paris Road Plaza, LLC (owners), seeking rezoning of two properties on the east side of Paris Road, approximately 1,200 feet north of Browns Station Road. The property consists of 6.3 acres and is currently zoned PD (Planned District), and the applicant is seeking IG zoning (General Industrial District).
