Due to technical issues, the RouteShout app will not be operational when FastCAT begins running at 6:30 am on Monday, August 13.
Numerous attempts were made over the weekend with the data carrier and the City of Columbia to resolve the technical issue. Despite many hours of work over the past several weeks and especially over the past two days it appears the data from the FastCAT buses GPS will not display on the app.
We are excited that FastCAT will begin operation on time and apologize to our customers for the delay in accessing the data on RouteShout. Our goal is to have RouteShout operational before the end of the week.
We will keep our customers updated as to the status of RouteShout.
