At approximately 8:06 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, Columbia Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 3300 block of Dove Dr.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim with a serious gunshot wound and called for EMS to assist.
The male victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital to treat his injuries.
There is no suspect description available at this time.
