Lane closures, restrictions and sidewalk closures on Creasy Springs Road, Hitt Street, Hermitage Road and Saint Joseph Street, May 10-14

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

Beginning Monday, May 10, Martin Jetco and Viking Corp., contractors for AT&T, will be installing small cell wireless facilities at four separate locations. Lane restrictions, closures and sidewalk closures are necessary to complete the work and will take place each day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting. Work is scheduled to be complete by Friday, May 10, weather permitting. The locations impacted are listed below:

Lane restriction of the southbound lane of Creasy Springs Road just north of the intersection of Creasy Springs Road and Proctor Drive.

Lane restriction of the southbound lane of Hitt Street between University Avenue and Rollins Street, and the sidewalk on the west side of the road.

Lane closure of the northbound lane of Hermitage Road between East Nifong Boulevard and Greenleaves Court, and closure of the sidewalk on the east side of the road.

Lane restriction of the southbound lane, and closure of the west sidewalk and a portion of the parking lane of Saint Joseph Street between East Ash Street and Park Avenue.

Motorists, and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone. Pedestrians should follow the traffic control dev to the other side of the street.
