At approximately 11:24 p.m. on April 17, Columbia police responded to a report of a robbery with a weapon at Break Time, 2402 Paris Rd.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to witnesses who reported the business had been robbed by an adult male suspect.
The suspect was described as a tall, thin Black male last seen wearing a mask, a hoodie and sweatpants. The suspect was last seen traveling southbound on Paris Road.
No injuries were reported at the time of this incident.
While on scene, the CPD K-9 unit attempted to conduct a track but was unsuccessful.
At approximately 3:43 a.m., officers were dispatched to a report of a second robbery with a weapon that occurred at Petro Mart, 1004 Stadium Blvd.
Witnesses described the suspect wearing the same clothing as had been reported at the earlier Paris Road incident.
No injuries were reported at the time of this incident.
