Columbia Police responded to the 300 block of Duncan St. on April 14 at approximately 12:15 a.m., for a report of shots fired. Officers canvassed the area and located spent shell casings as well as a firearm in the area.
During the investigation, officers located two juveniles that were in the area. Probable cause was developed to detain both juveniles.
Both juveniles were released to their guardians.
No property damage was located.
No injuries were reported.
