City of Columbia plow crews reported at 7 a.m., Jan. 15, to continue responding to winter weather

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

A 24-person City of Columbia Public Works plow crew reported at 7 a.m., Jan. 15, replacing the night shift, to continue responding to winter weather. Isolated snow showers are expected to continue throughout the day with wind gusts up to 40 mph causing low visibility. Crews will focus on first and second priority routes which can be found on our website at CoMo.gov/comosnow/priority-snow-routes/.

As winter weather can be unpredictable, residents are encouraged to closely monitor the forecast and changing road conditions throughout the mid-Missouri area. Motorists are advised to drive with caution.

Additional updates will be available via press release, on the City’s social media pages and at CoMoSnow.com.
