Beginning Monday, Nov. 2, Viking Corp, contractor for AT&T will be installing small cell wireless facilities at four separate locations. Lane restrictions and sidewalk closures are necessary to complete the work and will take place each day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting. Work is scheduled to be complete by Monday, Nov. 9, weather permitting.The locations impacted are listed below:
Northbound lane of Oak Street between Unity Drive and Lincoln Drive.
Eastbound lane of Donnelly Avenue between West Boulevard North and Hardin Street including the sidewalk on the south side of the street.
Eastbound lane of West Worley Street between Clinkscales Road and Hunt Avenuve including the sidewalk on the south side of the street.
Westbound lane of West Worley Street between West Boulevard North and Pershing Road including the sidewalk on the north side of the street.
Two-way traffic is to remain in place at all times, with minimum 10' lane widths. Motorists, and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone. Pedestrians should follow the traffic control dev to the other side of the street.
