Columbia Police investigate armed robbery Passions Adult Boutique, 1108 E. Business Loop 70 E., on Sept. 24

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

Columbia Police Department officers were dispatched to a report of an armed robbery at Passions Adult Boutique, 1108 E. Business Loop 70 E., on Thursday, Sept. 24 at approximately 12:05 a.m. One suspect entered the store and demanded money while displaying a handgun.  

The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen heading southbound on Pannell Street. A Columbia Police K-9 unit was used to track the suspect but was unable to locate him. 

The suspect was described as a white male with reddish facial hair, in his mid- to late 30s, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. No injuries were reported.

There is no further information to provide at this time, as this is an active investigation.
