Incident Details:
The crash occurred as Vehicle 1 was traveling east on West Green Meadows Road near Green Meadows Circle. Vehicle 2 was traveling west on Green Meadows Road near Troyer Drive.
Vehicle 1 crossed into the westbound lane and collided head-on with Vehicle 2. Driver 2 was ejected from the moped and was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries where he was later pronounced deceased.
