Columbia Police Department Lt. Matt Stephens will speak at a press conference Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 4 p.m. regarding an arrest made for an incident that occurred on East Forest Avenue on Tuesday, Aug. 11, during the early morning hours.
The briefing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 701 E. Broadway. Social distancing measures will be in place. Masks are required.
