CORRECTION: City of Columbia to hold informational meeting for small business and microenterprise loans to be held August 6

(COLUMBIA, MO) - A previous press release incorrectly listed July 30 as the date for the informational meeting for small business and microenterprise loans in the title of the release. The correct date is August 6. The title has been corrected and the original text of the release is below.

The City of Columbia will be investing $575,000 in local small businesses and is prioritizing outreach to local minority and women owned businesses.  The City is awaiting the release of funds at the federal level and anticipates opening the application process in mid-August.  Please join us the evening of August 6th from 7:30-8:30pm to learn how to navigate the application process and how to find additional assistance.
