Sidewalk closure scheduled on East Broadway, July 22-July 24

Beginning Wednesday, July 22, at 7 a.m., Ameren Missouri plans to remove an existing gas meter pit and replace a gas service near 1013 E. Broadway. This will result in the closure of a portion of the north sidewalk along East Broadway between Tenth and Hitt streets. Access will remain available to all businesses in the area of the work. The work associated with the closure is scheduled to be completed by Friday, July 24, at 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Motorists, pedestrians and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone. Pedestrians should use the sidewalk on the south side of East Broadway.
