"Released from Isolation" is a more inclusive term to include not only those who no longer have a fever, but who also have had an improvement in respiratory symptoms and either at least 7 days have passed since symptoms first appeared or the patient has had two negative COVID-19 test results that were collected at least 24 hours apart.
