(COLUMBIA, MO) - A community briefing with local officials will be held Wednesday, April 8, at 2 p.m. to provide an update after two weeks since the Stay at Home Order was issued due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Speaking during the briefing will be Columbia Mayor Brian Treece; Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services Director Stephanie Browning; Boone County Presiding Commissioner Dan Atwill; MU Health Care Chief Clinical Officer Stevan Whitt, MD; and Boone Hospital Center Chief Medical Officer and Vice President Robin Blount, MD.
The community briefing will be livestreamed on CoMo.gov and live broadcast on Spectrum 992, Mediacom 80 and CenturyLink 96.
Media partners will be provided with information on how to submit questions to the panel on Wednesday morning.
