City of Columbia Public Works plow crews reported at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 12, to maintain continuous operations on Designated Snow Routes, also referred to as Priority Routes. Public Works and City staff will continue to closely monitor changing road and weather conditions to adjust operational plans as needed.
Motorists are advised to drive with extreme winter weather caution overnight and in the morning as refreeze and slickness are possible. Temperatures below 20 degrees can reduce the effectiveness of road treatments. Winter weather can be unpredictable, so residents are encouraged to closely monitor weather reports and adjust travel plans accordingly.
Additional updates will be available via press release, the City's social media pages and CoMoSnow.com.
