UPDATE: Arrest made in the homicide in the area of 19 N. Fifth St. on Feb. 2

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

Columbia Police arrested Curtis Allen Lewis, 36, of Columbia on Feb. 2 in connection to the homicide of Treshawn E. Kitchen and the shooting of a 30-year-old female victim.  


Kitchen, 34, of Columbia was shot and killed around 2:35 a.m. on Feb. 2 in the area of 19 N. Fifth Street.  The female victim was also shot and sustained life-threatening injuries.


Lewis was arrested on charges of voluntary manslaughter, second degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action. He has been remanded to the custody of Boone County Jail.
