Columbia Police received a report of a female juvenile, approximately four to five years old, seen walking alone, eastbound on Jacobs Place from Green Valley Drive on Friday, Nov. 15 at approximately 8:00 a.m.
Columbia Police activated all available officers to search for the child. This included the Patrol Officers, Street Crimes (SCU), Community Outreach (COU), K-9 and the Jefferson City Police.
She has been located safe with family in Jefferson City.
We greatly appreciate the quick response from our media partners, citizens and law enforcement to get the description of the juvenile shared in order to assist CPD in locating her.
