Update/Correction: Columbia Police investigate armed robbery at Break Time, 1410 Forum Blvd., on Nov. 14

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

Update: Columbia Police released surveillance photos of the suspect taken by store security cameras. 


Correction: The correct race of the suspect is a black male. The original release incorrectly stated the suspect was white. The pants are a dark camouflage jogger type with a tan stripe down the legs.

Columbia Police Department officers were dispatched to a report of an armed robbery at Break Time convenience store, 1410 Forum Blvd., on Thursday, Nov. 14, at approximately 2:50 a.m. One suspect entered the store and displayed a handgun while demanding money. 

The suspect left the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen on foot, heading westbound from the store. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’0" tall. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing dark camouflage pants with a tan stripe down the legs, a black coat and a mask. There were no injuries reported. 

There is no further information to provide at this time, as this is an active investigation.
