UPDATE: Warrant issued for a second suspect involved in Sept. 2 shooting

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

The Columbia Police Department is actively searching for Davion Lewarren Manns, 19, of Columbia in relation to the shooting on I-70 just east of Stadium Blvd in the eastbound lanes. Detectives developed probable cause to obtain a no-bond warrant for the following charges: two counts of assault, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child. 

The Columbia Police department responded to a report of shots fired Monday, Sept. 2, at 8:48 p.m., on I-70 just east of Stadium Blvd. in the eastbound lanes. Two vehicles were involved. The suspects fired shots from their vehicle into another vehicle injuring two of the occupants.

Manns should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see Manns, do not approach. Call 911 immediately.
