Surface seal operations scheduled for 47 Columbia streets beginning July 29

Beginning Monday, July 29, surface seal operations are planned to begin on 47 Columbia streets, weather permitting. Work will continue during the summer until all of the streets are completed. Onyx is a fast-drying asphalt sealing solution designed to protect the roadway from moisture and extend pavement life. 

A complete list of streets scheduled for maintenance is available at CoMo.gov/PublicWorks/onyx2019. Innovative Roadway Solutions, the contractor for the project, will provide traffic control. Please follow the instructions of flaggers as well as no parking signs. Minor delays are expected. 

Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians are asked to exercise caution in these areas while crews are working.
