Maintenance to 10th and Cherry Parking Garage, June 24-July 5

(COLUMBIA, MO) - City of Columbia Public Works contractor Tarlton Construction is scheduled to begin maintenance to the top floor of the 10th and Cherry Parking Garage, 1000 Cherry St., beginning Monday, June 24, weather permitting. Tarlton Construction will apply a seal coat to the top floor, which prevents water from seeping into and damaging the structure. The top floor of the garage will be closed while maintenance is performed.

Parkers who have permits for the 10th and Cherry Parking Garage are encouraged to park in permit spaces on other floors. Some hourly spaces will be designated as permit only to account for the loss of space, however, hourly parking will still be available.

The maintenance is scheduled to be completed by Friday, July 5, weather permitting.
