City of Columbia Public Works crews plan to replace concrete panels on Clark Lane beginning Tuesday, June 4, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting. During repairs, a section of westbound Clark Lane, immediately east of the Ballenger Lane roundabout, will be closed. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone in both directions. The lane will reopen when workers are not present. The work is scheduled to be completed Thursday, June 6 by 4 p.m., weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes whenever possible as minor delays are expected. Motorists, pedestrians and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to use extreme caution in the work zone.
