Pedestrian 2 - Robin Greener, 22, Columbia, Missouri, Minor Injuries
Incident Details: Driver 2 stopped Vehicle 2 in the roadway in the outside lane of travel, facing west, on Grindstone Parkway near Old Highway 63. Vehicle 2 was being used to collect traffic cones that were previously placed on the road for an event. Pedestrian 1 and Pedestrian 2 were in the roadway collecting the cones. A Columbia Police patrol vehicle was behind Vehicle 2 with its emergency red and blue lights on. Driver 1 was traveling west in the inside lane of travel on Grindstone Parkway. Driver 1 drove from the inside lane of travel to the outside lane of travel. Vehicle 1 struck Pedestrian 1 and Pedestrian 2, then struck the rear of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 then caught fire. Parties were transported to a local hospital. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
