(COLUMBIA, MO) - The City of Columbia city manager search survey is now open and accepting input from community members on values and attributes that are desired in Columbia’s next city manager. Responses will be accepted until Friday, March 15.
The consultant firm hired by the Columbia City Council to conduct the search, CPS HR Consulting, is administering the survey.
The survey is available online and on paper. The online survey can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ColumbiaCM
Paper surveys and submission boxes can be found at the following locations beginning the week of Feb. 25:
City Hall (both lobbies), 701 E. Broadway
Activity & Recreation Center (ARC), 1701 W. Ash St.
Gentry Building, 1 S. Seventh St.
Howard Municipal Building, 600 E. Broadway
Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services, 1005 W. Worley St.
Columbia Senior Activity Center, 1121 Business Loop 70 East
Columbia Public Library, 100 W. Broadway
The public involvement process is important so all voices are heard. Every Columbia resident is welcome to fill out the survey to share their thoughts on personal and professional characteristics they’d like to see in the next leader of our community.
After the survey completion deadline, CPS HR will present the aggregate data from the surveys as a report to City Council to assist in the city manager search process.
