The City of Columbia's 5-year Consolidated Plan is the City's strategic planning document for developing policy to direct federal and local resources for affordable housing and community development in Columbia. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funding directly supports the City's strategic priority of social equity to strengthen our community so all individuals can thrive. This public engagement event will include feedback sessions on affordable housing, economic development, neighborhood infrastructure and revitalization and non-profit community partners.
The Housing Programs Division will be hosting a series of public engagement events to help guide City goals and strategies. Public engagement is critical for developing an effective plan that reflects the values of the community. Please come out and be a part of shaping Columbia's future and guiding how public resources are expended. Contact Randy Cole at Randall.Cole@CoMo.gov for more information.
