(COLUMBIA, MO) - Columbia Police officers are seeking a suspect after they were dispatched to an armed robbery at Great Southern Bank, 3200 South Providence Road, on Sept. 7 at 11:39 a.m.
The investigation revealed a white male entered the business armed with a firearm and demanded money from an employee. The suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The employees were not injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a slim white male, approximately 5’09" tall. He was wearing clothing to hide his identity, including a dark-colored sweatshirt, mask and gloves.
