(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Columbia Police Department arrested Jay Robinson, 42, of Boone County following an invasion of privacy investigation.
Officers responded to 100 W. Broadway, Columbia Public Library, on Aug. 2 at approximately 11 a.m. in reference to the discovery of a hidden camera in a public restroom. Officers were able to recover video from the camera showing Robinson concealing the camera. This camera also captured video of patrons using the restroom.
Robinson was located and arrested in the library at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 2 for Felony Invasion of Privacy with bond set at $1,500.
The investigation is ongoing.
