Columbia Police officers responded to 505 E. Nifong Boulevard, Central Bank of Boone County, at 9:42 a.m. on Friday, April 27, in reference to a robbery.
The preliminary investigation revealed a male suspect entered the business, approached a teller, and demanded money. The suspect retrieved an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area on foot. There were no reported injuries or property damage.
A photo of the suspect was released on social media at approximately 10:45 a.m. The photo is also attached below. We’re asking the community be alert and contact the department immediately should they see the suspect.
