Intermittent street, sidewalk closures scheduled on Wilkes Blvd. near Columbia College, Dec. 5-15

(COLUMBIA, MO) - Beginning Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 8 a.m., Reinhardt Construction Company plans to close a portion of sidewalk on the south side of Wilkes Boulevard between North Eighth Street and Range Line Street, weather permitting. This will be followed by a street closure of Wilkes Boulevard between North Eighth Street and Range Line Street beginning Monday, Dec. 11 at 8 a.m. The work associated with the sidewalk and street closures is scheduled to be completed by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, weather permitting.

Motorists, pedestrians and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone and use an alternate route.

Reinhardt Construction is a private contractor for Columbia College.
