Sidewalk closures scheduled for 720 E. Broadway, Nov. 9

Beginning Thursday, Nov. 9, Bee Seen Signs, a contractor for Central Bank of Boone County, plans to install holiday lighting at 720 E. Broadway. This will result in sidewalk closures on the south side of E. Broadway Street (between Seventh and Eighth), and on the west side of Eighth Street  (between E. Broadway and Alley). The work associated with the closure is scheduled to be completed by 4 p.m. on the same day, weather permitting.

Motorists and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone. Pedestrians should find alternate routes when possible.
